Larutan dekontaminasi untuk menghilangkan kontaminasi DNA dan RNA, reagen dekontaminasi Asam Nukleat.

Amplifikasi DNA adalah salah satu teknik yang paling umum digunakan di laboratorium penelitian modern.
Adanya kontaminasi DNA di dalam dan sekitar workstation PCR dapat menyebabkan artefak yang tidak diinginkan selama amplifikasi. Pada dasarnya, ada dua cara untuk membuat DNA tidak dapat diperkuat:
1. dengan degradasi DNA (misalnya dengan penambahan DNase atau penghancuran kimiawi), atau
2. dengan modifikasi basa - membiarkan untai DNA tetap utuh, tetapi diblokir untuk dibaca oleh polimerase.
 

Menggunakan uji putus untai DNA (dirancang oleh multiBIND biotec GmbH, Jerman), telah ditunjukkan bahwa tidak semua larutan dekontaminasi DNA di pasaran benar-benar menurunkan DNA! DNA-ExitusPlus ™ adalah perbaikan dari pada produk tersebut dan menyebabkan kerusakan untai serta degradasi. Ketika digunakan dengan benar di area kerja, itu benar-benar menghilangkan amplifikasi DNA non-target. 

DNA-ExitusPlus ™ adalah non-alkali, non-korosif dan larutan pembersih non-karsinogenik yang efektif untuk semua permukaan.
 

Kerugian yang parah dari reagen dekontaminasi konvensional terungkap dalam pengujian baru untuk zat korosif potensi komponennya. Untuk tujuan ini, pelat logam yang berbeda diinkubasi selama 20 menit dengan identik alikuot dari reagen. Logam yang dipilih mewakili peralatan dan bahan yang ditemukan di laboratorium.
Hasil uji korosi menunjukkan bahwa semua produk komersial yang diketahui mengandung bahan kimia yang agresif dengan efek korosif, berbahaya atau bahkan toksik. Reagen konvensional ini diketahui mengandung azida, mineralik asam seperti asam fosfat atau asam klorida, peroksida agresif atau zat alkali kuat seperti natrium hidroksida. Bahkan setelah inkubasi hanya 20 menit, kerusakan permukaan logam yang tidak dapat diperbaiki telah diamati. Banyak kasus.Larutan baru DNA-ExitusPlus ™ menunjukkan karakteristik uniknya terutama dalam hal ini uji korosi. Untuk semua permukaan logam yang diuji, tidak ada kerusakan atau korosi yang diamati setelah perawatan. Deskripsi
Kit ini melakukan ekstraksi RNA virus yang efisien dari berbagai jenis virus seperti Demam Berdarah Dengue, Chikungunya dan virus patogen hewan. Sampel pertama kali dilisis di bawah kondisi denaturasi tinggi yang disediakan oleh Buffer HRL untuk menonaktifkan RNase dan untuk memastikan isolasi RNA virus yang utuh.
